5 oz mixed vegetables (frozen) 1 can Black Beans (I used Meijer brand Naturals)1 can Diced tomatoes
Put frozen mixed vegetables in a pan with about 1 cup of boiling water, you can add salt or other seasoning for more flavor. Once the vegetables are cook add the dice tomatoes and black beans, mix it together and let them cook for about 3 more min. and Done =]
