red pepper 1 tspolive oil 1 tbspsesame oil 1tbspcarrots,largegarlic 3 clovesginger root 1/2 cup gratedscallion,green onion, raw 3beef, round steak, 1 lb (trimmed)water, tap 1/2 cupsugar, 6 tsplite soy sauce 3 tbsprice vinegar 2 tbspcornstarch 1 tsppartly defront and slice meat,against the grain of meat. trim off any fat.( partly defronted meat is easier to slice thinly). dust meat with cornstarch. put is slow cooker, or fry pan with oil. combine soy sauce, rice vinger, water, ginger(grated) garlic (chopped or grated) crushed red pepper flakes and sugar in small bowladd to slow cooker. julienned carrots and scallions(green onion)add to the slow cooker. coat the meat with the season mix. cook on high 30 mins or low about one hour.
