3 Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken 1 green pepper1 small/medium onion2, 15 oz cans tomato sauce 2, 15 oz can Del Monte diced tomatoes (chili seasoned)1 ½ - 2 packages McCormick’s white chicken chili seasoning1 cup chicken stock 1 15 oz can red kidney beans1 15 oz can black beans1 15 oz can navy or northern beansOptional:1/2 cup tubettini (or any other small pasta)
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Set aside.

Brown ground chicken until no longer pink.

Chop and add peppers and onions. Saute until tender (3-4 mins.).

Add all remaining items and simmer, on low, for 1-2 hours.

Makes approximately 8 average-sized bowls
