Crockpot Lentil Tomato Soup-Best EVER

Ingredients
* Lentils, 2 cup (1 bag) * Crushed Tomatoes, 784 grams (28 oz can) * Carrots, raw, 2 medium * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) * * Butterball Turkey Polska Kielbasa, 16 oz * *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup
Directions
Dice veggies and sausage. Put all ingredients (except rice) into crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Cook rice separately.
Spoon a little rice in each bowl. Pour soup over. Top with light sour cream and a spring of cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
