Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients
Baby Portabella Mushrooms, 8 ounces*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Rosemary, dried, .5 tbspGarlic (1 clove, crushed)
Directions
Cut mushrooms in half.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Spread on a large baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 475 for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers.
