Ingredients
93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving Egg, fresh, 1 large Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp *Ian's Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs, 1 cup Garlic powder, 1 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp *Pepper, white, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for Ketchep. Form into a meatloaf pan. Spread ketchep on top and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hr. Makes 12 servings
