Ingredients
5-6 oz lean beef stew meat, browned1 vidalia sweet onion, chopped2-3 stalks celery choppedWorsteshire Sauce - to tastesea salt & pepper to taste2 T Parsley2 T minced garlic2 cans low sodium, fat free beef broth
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours until meat and celery are tender. Cook on low overnight.

    I think if I try this recipe, I would increase the meat to a full pound, and double everything except the broth (leave it the same) and make four servings out of this recipe - 1/31/13
