Corn and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1lb ground round2T chili powder1T ground cumin1 14oz package frozen seasoned corn and black bean blend1 14oz can fat free, low sodium beef broth1 14oz can seasoned tomato sauce for chili
Directions
1. Combine beef, chili powder and cumin in a large dutch oven. Cook 6 minutes over medium high heat or until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and return to pan.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle chili into bowls and top with sour cream and green onion if desired.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
