Steak & Egg Salad

Ingredients
left over steak 1 oz sliced thinly1 hard boiled egg2 cups green/red leaf lettuce1/2 C broccoli chopped1tbs red onion, finely diced1 oz shredded cheddar cheese ( I use blocks and shredd myself-it's cheaper)1/2 cup chopped/diced carrots, I used a veggie peeler to make thin strips1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half to make 1/2 c1tbs light ranch dressing* I only like to coat my salad with dressing* use amount to your likening I'm particial to Hidden Valley :)
