Chocolate bread pudding

Ingredients
1.5 cups Silk chocolate milk4 large eggs or egg beaters7 slices of cinnamon raisin bread3 tbs Splenda
Directions
pour Silk into large bowl, whisk in Splenda and egg beaters, tear bread into one inch pieces and add to mixture. Stir to coat all with mixture and let sit for ten minutes, stir occassionally to coat . Pour into 8x8 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until puffed and cooked through. May serve with fat free or sugar free whipped topping if desired.
