Kel's Tuna Quesidilla

Ingredients
2 wholewheat Tortilla wraps1 tin smoked or plan tuna1 tbsp passata/tomato paste70gms Edam cheese1/2 tsp dill1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200deg. (Or a little hotter, depending on the oven).

Spread the passata over one side of one of the tortilla wraps. Then add tin of tuna, spread over wrap. Sprinkle over garlic powder, dill and then 3/4 Edam cheese.

Cover with the 2nd tortilla wrap; can sprinkle with leftover cheese.

Place in hot oven and bake until golden brown on top and cheese is all melted.

Take out & leave to sit for a few minutes.

Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.
(Serving is 2 pieces)

Can add lowfat sour cream if you wish, but you will have to add the extra nutritional values to this recipe!
