Fryed Potatoe Cake

Ingredients
2 medium potatoes2 talb. vegan margarine1 onion chopped1/2 tsp. sea salt or salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 Talb. olive oil1 tsp. paprika
Directions
Stream potatoes -mash potatoes with margarine -adding a little of the cooking water if needed. Combine the potatoes with finely chopped onion,salt, pepper and paprika.Fry in oil! We top ours with a little applesauce or Sugar Free applebutter.
