Cheese Bread

Ingredients
800g Bread Flour8 g Instant Yeast14g Salt16g Sugar480g Water40g Milk Powder24 g Veg Oil200g Shredded Gruyere Cheese (or any hard cheese)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Mix until to form a dough, kneed for 5 - 10 mins to form a smooth dough.
Add Cheese, slowly work the cheese into the dough to form a semi smooth dough.
Spry the bowl & dough, cover & let let stand for about 1 hour to double in size.
Punch & Fold, cover to let double.
Portion size: 200g. to form 8 tightly rolled balls. Cover & let double again on baking sheets.
Egg wash, bake in 350 F oven for about 20 min or until golden brown (internal temp reach 200F)
