Black Bean Salad or Salsa

Ingredients
3 Scallions, choppedJuice of 1 lime1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped1 Bell pepper (red or other color) chopped2 Roma tomatoes, chopped1 can Black Beans1 Cup Frozen corn kernelsabout 3 Tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
Directions
Juice lime into a medium-sized mixing bowl, add olive oil scallion, jalapeno, tomato, bell pepper. Rinse black beans under warm water, add to bowl. Rinse corn under warm water, add to bowl, Top with cilantro and toss. Season with salt & pepper.
