Faux-Indian: khichadi with frozen veggies

Ingredients
Brown Rice, long grain, 0.5 cupLentils, 0.5 cup*Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 2 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cupGarlic, 3 clovesGinger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)Salt to tasteTurmeric, ground, 1 tsp*seasoning, black peppercorn, weber, 0.5 serving*Coriander seed, 1 tspCumin seed, 1 tsp
Directions
Put all the ingredients + 2 cups of water in a slow cooker or crock pot or pressure cooker.

Cook till the rice and lentils are done.

Eat!

(You can substitute the water with chicken/vegetable/beef stock. Just make sure you factor in the salt.)
