1 whole wheat tortilla0.5 cup of compliments mushroom and garlic pasta sauce4 fresh mushrooms, sliced0.5 cup green pepper, sliced0.5 medium onion, sliced0.5 large tomato, sliced1 cup fresh baby spinach80 grams compliments balance medium cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
place whole wheat tortilla on nonstick cookie-sheet. pour pasta sauce in the middle and spread evenly with spoon. place tomato slices, sliced mushrooms, onions, green pepper, then top with baby spinach. sprinkle grated cheese on top, then place on the top rack of the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
makes 4 servings.
considering the tortilla is a flimsy base, I serve using a spatula and eat with a knife and fork. delicious!
