Slow Cooker Ham, Lentil, & Rice Soup

Ingredients
* 1 cup Lentils * 1 cup Brown Rice * 4 tsp Chicken Bouillon * 4 cups ham stock * 1 cup diced Ham * 1 cup chopped onion * 1 cup chopped carrots * 1 Butternut Squash, cubed (about 1.5 cup) * 1 cup Tomato Sauce * 1/2 tsp. Basil * 1/2 tsp. Oregano * 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper * 1/4 tsp. Thyme * 8 cups water
Directions
Chop vegetables and add to slow cooker with rice, lentils, tomato sauce, spices and water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add more water if necessary, then add ham and heat through 10 minutes before serving.
