Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
1 sm. head cabbage, cut into small peices2 stalks celery, diced1 bell pepper, diced1/2 c. onions, diced1/4 c. water1/4 cup soy sauc1/2 tsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Add the cabbage to the water in a large skillet or wok, & bring to a boil. Cover & boil on med-high, about 10 mins. Add remaining ingredients, stir to mix. Cover & cook for 10 mins, on medium, stirring a couple times. Remove cover & cook another 5 minutes. It's ready to eat!! Makes approx. 6 1-cup servings

    It looks so good, BUT is that really 633 mg of sodium? I could use low sodium soy sauce or none I guess, but I love fried cabbage,, I add turkey bacon to mine sometimes... - 2/1/11
