Turkey Loaf

1 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey1 egg3 slices bread, cubed1 tsp Sage1 tsp Rosemary1 1/2 tsp Thyme1 Shallot, chopped2 cloves Garlic, diced1 Tbs Lee & PerrinsSalt and Pepper to tasteSauce:1/3 cup Brown Sugar3 Tbs Lee & Perrins2 Tbs Katsup
1. Heat oven to 375
2.Mix all loaf Ingrediants together in a large bowl.
3. Spray Baking dish with Pam
4. Dump loaf mixture into baking dish form a loaf.
5. Mix all sauce ingrediants in small bowl.
6. Brush half of sauce over loaf set aside other half.
7. Cook loaf for 30 min then brush the other half of sauce over loaf.
8. Cook for another 30 min.
