New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1/4 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped *Clams, canned, meat only, 1 can minced Hard Boiled Egg, diced. 3 large Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 4 cups*Flour, white, 1/2 cup *Margarine, soft, 1/8 cup
Directions
Cook vegetables in one cup water in large pot until tender. Add clams and diced eggs. Mix flour with half of the Coffee Mate. Stir until all lumps are gone. Add mixture to pot with remaining coffee mate. Cook until thickened. Add margarine. Stir. Serves 8
