3 tbsp of Hummus1 large carrot, sliced into strips1 large cucumber, sliced into strips1 yellow/red/orange bell pepper, sliced into strips
Makes 1 serving. Cut veggies into easy for dipping slices. This is a very portable snack so you can take it with you. Easy to prepare the night before. I like to have several servings of this ready to go.
