Mexican Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix1 lb ground beef- extra lean1 pkg Lipton Spanish riceI can Fat Free Refried beans2 cups Low Fat Shredded Cheese
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions, but omit butter. Bown ground beef abd drain if needed. Spread on bottom of casserole pan or 9 x 13 pan. Spread refried beans on top. Then a layer of prepared spanish rice. Top with cheese. Prepare cornbread batter with just water. Omit eggs, batter will be thin. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until cornbread is browned. Maked 10 servings.
