Baked Mushroom Chicken

3 chicken breast, skin and bone removed1-10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 c low-fat milk1 medium onion, choppedpepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Cut each chicken breast into 2 halves, length wise. (Each piece will be 1 serving size.)
2. Combine soup, milk, and onions (and pepper if desired) in a bowl and mix until a consistent texture.
3. In a cassarole dish, pour in 1/2 soup mixture. Space chicken throughout the dish. Sprinkle with more pepper (I love it!). Pour in the rest of the soup mixture.
4. Let cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done and soup is bubbly hot.
