Hot & Sour Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Shrimp, cooked4 cups Chicken Broth1 head Bok Choy, chopped1.5 cups Bamboo shoots 1/2 Onions, diced2 cloves Garlic, minced1 tsp Ginger Root, minced 1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp Sesame Oil1 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine3 tbsp Tamari Soy sauce 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tsp Corn Starch1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce 2 tbsp Rice VinegarJuice and Zest of one Lime
Directions
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, chilis, and ginger. Cook until fragrant (3-4 minutes).

2. Mix tamari, fish sauce, rice wine, and corn starch. Marinate shrimp.

3. Increase heat to medium high, Add bok choy and bamboo shoots. Cook 1-2 minutes.

4. Add remaining ingredients. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
