Turkey Meatballs and Sauce

1 pound lean ground Turkey1 cup dry bread crumbs1 large egg1 cup grated parmesan1/4 cup minced onion3/4 cup chopped onion5 cloved of garlic 1 cup zucchini1 cup canned tomato3 cups Tomato Sauce1/2 cup tomato paste1 tsp oregano, seperated1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp packed brown sugar
Makes 8 servings
Combine Turkey, Bread Crumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, minced onion and 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 tsp Oregano. Make into 40 meatballs.
heat olive oil in large sauce pot. Saute 3 cloves of garlic, chopped onion, and zucchini until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp oregano, basil, 1/2 tsp salt and heat to over med heat. When it begins to bubble, lower heat to simmer and add brown sugar and tomato paste.
Spray a large skillet with Pam, brown batches of meatballs over med heat until brown. Add to sauce. Simmer 30 minutes to allow flavours to mingle.
Serve over preferred pasta.
