Ingredients
2 cups cooked Pearl Barley2 chopped italian tomatoes3 oz Fat Free Presidents Crumbled Feta24 small Canned black olives pitted2 canned in water artichokes1/4 chopped red onion1 tsp grapeseed oil salt to taste
Directions
Drizzle grapeseed oil on cooked barley. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.
