Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups (packed) raw kale (about two large leaves washed and torn off of the thick stem)1/2 cup frozen unsweetened berries1 small frozen banana1 cup fat free greek yogurt1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
blend, blend, blend! Makes 2 small smoothies or 1 large.

NOTE: I make this in my vitamix blender, which is powerful enough to puree the kale without adding lots of liquid. In a tradition blender you will probably need more liquid to prevent the kale from clogging the blender.
