Stuffed Chicken Breast

Directions
Boneless chicken breast, skin removed1/2 cup Stove Top Stuffing1 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese2 tbs Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing1/2 Tomato
Mix 1/2 cup of Stuffing with the alloted amount of water on the directions, no butter.
Add 1 oz. of non-fat cream cheese to mix, heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Cut and seed 1/2 tomato and add to mix.
Butterfly cut boneless chicken breast and stuff
Coat with salad dressing and allow a little on the bottom of the pan in lieu of oil.
