Split Pea & Ham Soup

Ingredients
2 cups dried yellow split peas, 1 cup diced ham, 1 medium carrot, 1/2 cup diced celery, 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 tsp parsley flakes, 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder, 1/4 tsp tyme, 5 cups water
Directions
Put ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours.
