Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients
12 cups cauliflower florets (about 2 heads)1.5T Olive Oil1 clove garlic (you can use more to taste)1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese2T lemon juice1/2t salt1/4t black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450'.

Combine cauliflower and olive oil. Toss to coat and spread on a sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic and bake 5 more minutes. Transfer to serving dish and toss with remaining ingredients.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
