Jalapeno Bacon Poppers

Ingredients
8 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded3 oz reduced-fat cream cheese1/2 t cumin1/2 t garlic powder4 slices microwave bacon, cooked and crumbled1/2 c onion, chopped1/4 c bell pepper, chopped1/4 c celery chopped
Directions
Slowly sweat onions, bell pepper, and celery in skillet (add a little water if veggies start to stick). Add cream cheese, bacon, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir until cheese is combined with all other ingredients. Remove from heat. Use small spoon to spread paste into each jalapeno half. Arrange jalapenos on baking sheet and place in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
