Veggie Stromboli

Ingredients
1 red pepper - chopped2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded2 tbsp minced garlic1 package refrigerated pizza dough (Pillsbury Classic)2 cups spinach leaves - fresh1 can 4oz black olives1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute garlic with red pepper in the olive oil
Roll dough out, place 2 cups spinach on bottom layer.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Top with sauteed red pepper and garlic.
Top with olives and mozzarella cheese.
Roll like a jelly roll and tuck edges in.
Cut a few sliced holes on top, cover with egg yolk to brown.

Oven is at 375 for 30 minutes.
