Very nice. I added some Italian Seasoning to spice it up a little. Easy, a nice veggie recipe. Next time I think I will add some red pepper. - 1/21/12

I made a version of this using Romanesco, cross between broccoli and cauliflower. I added garlic, butter instead of oil, and onions. I didn't add any pasta water but used some flour (maybe 2T?) to thicken it up a little. Pretty tasty but next time I will add other spices. - 10/10/11

Well I would have to say that this was a little dry and a little bland. Adding a bit more seasoning and maybe a little bit of some form of liquid might have helped. I liked it enough, I wasn't expecting the most delicious meals of my life when I started my diet, but my boyfriend was not a big fan. - 1/4/11

I used whole wheat pasta & added shredded carrotts. The cheese goes a long way. I love garlic! - 8/16/10
