Spinach Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced1 tbsp olive oil6 cups chicken or vegetable broth10 oz fresh baby spinach
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. Cook in medium heat for about 5 minutes until onions become limp.

Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, add the vegetables and cook until spinach and mushrooms are cooked, about 5 minutes.
