Ingredients
Coconut Flour, 2 tbsp 2 tablespoons butter, meltedEgg, fresh, 2 large 2 tablespoons coconut milkGranulated Sugar, 1 tspSalt, .125 tspBaking Powder, .125 tsp
Directions
Blend together eggs, oil, coconut milk, butter, sugar, and salt. Combine coconut flour and baking powder and mix into batter. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a skillet. Spoon batter onto hot skillet making pancakes about 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter. Batter will be thick but will flatten out when cooking. Makes about 8 pancakes.

    I am confused by the recipe, it states to mix oil in with the eggs but oil isn't listed on your contents. Is the coconut oil that you are greasing the pan with factored into the calorie content? - 10/1/11
