Tomato Orzo Soup

Ingredients
1 green pepper2 carrots2 sticks celery1 onion1 - 14oz can tomato sauce1/2 cup Epicure Chicken Bouillon or Oxo10 to 11 drops Tabasco sauce2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp garlic powder1 cup orzo noodles uncookedpepper and parsley11 cups boiling water
Directions
Fry vegetables in nonstick pan.

Add tomato sauce, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce to a soup pot. Add fried items. Simmer, covered 1 hour. Add noodles and cook 10 minutes. Add parsley and pepper.

    This was absolutely delicious! I decreased the Tobasco sauce a bit and used vegan bouillon instead. I will definitely make this again. - 4/15/09
