Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews soaked few hours2 tbsp chia seeds3 dates1 tbsp honeydash of salt, stevia1 tsp cinnamon2 cups water
Directions
Blend cashews with water, honey, salt, stevia, and dates.
Pour into container and add chia seeds
Stir and referigerate overnight or several hours for mock tapioca pudding.
Really good to mix in chopped fruits like bananas, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries
