1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 can water6 chicken thighs, boneless & skinless2 cups mushrooms, sliced1 cup carrots, chopped1 medium yellow onion, chopped2 ribs celery, hopped1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powderblack pepper to taste
