Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp mayonnaise1/4 c onions choppeddash of salt and pepper to tastecan lay it on lettuce or in a sandwich. makes two servings
Directions
after boiling and peeling eggs chop them add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. this makes roughly two half cup servings
