Herbed Meatball Minestrone

Ingredients
Use FRESH instead of canned in all these ingredients and the sodium will be real low... ALWAY use low sodium broth when possible.
Directions
Make meat balls, put aside.
Saute all veggies in the olive oil and put in the pot with the wet ingredients and beans.
Add spices, bring to a simmer.
Add meatballs and cook for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
