Black bean brownies

Ingredients
4 cans black beans drained and rinsed1 ripe banana1c unsweetened applesauce1c organic agave4 eggs or 1c egg alternative1/4c vegetable oil1T baking soda1c unsweetened cocoa1c dry oatmeal1c chopped walnuts1c grain sweetened chocolate chips
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and heat oven to 400F

Mix all ingredients except the oatmeal, walnuts and chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth. You will want to stop and scrape the sides once or twice.

Pour into large bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix with spatula or large spoon and pour into pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean from the center. Let cool before cutting, makes 25 servings and is delish with some vanilla ice cream! Best if refrigerated.
