Pauline's Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets1 medium red bell pepper, sliced1 cup sweet onion, sliced1 cup snow peas1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained1 cup of mushrooms, sliced1 cloved garlic minced2 tbsp asian sauce1 cup fat-free reduced sodim chicken broth3 teaspoons cornstarch2 tablespoons water
Directions
Heat seasame oil in wok
Add garlic and fry slightly
Add rest of vegetables and sir-fry 6 - 9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender
Stir in Asian 5 spice sauce
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into chicken broth. Boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Let stand for 2 minutes prior to serving to allow misture to thicken slightly.
