Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 Tbs of chopped garlic2 turnips chopped (in place of potatoes)1 cup of chopped carrots2 cups of shredded cabbage1 can of stewed tomatoes1 can of diced tomatoes2 cans of low sodium beef broth1 can drained and rinsed kidney beans1 can of tomato sauceseasonings to preference, I like a little italian seasoning and black pepper
Directions
Brown hamburger with garlic, drain and return to pan. Chop vegetable and add. Add canned tomatoes, beef broth and drained and rinsed beans. Add any seasonings you prefer. Boil for 30 minutes and then simmer for 30 minutes.
