Greek Salad

Ingredients
Yellow PeppersCherry tomatoesEnglish CucumbersRed OnionsOlivesOreganoEVOOFeta cheese
Directions
Chop all veggies into similar sizes and toss into medium salad bowl. Add oregan and olives. Drizzle with EVOO - go light. Leave site for 30 minutes, and toss again thoroughly. Moisture from veggies will have created dressing with EVOO.
Garnish with Feta.
