Broccoli, Cauliflower & Edamame Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp Olive Oil1 cup Frozen Diced Onions2 tsp Better than Bullion Vegetable Base mixed with 3 cups Water1 1/2 cup Frozen Shelled Edamame8 oz Frozen Winter Mix (Broccoli & Cauliflower Blend)2 cloves GarlicMrs. Dash Salt-Free Seasoning (to taste)
Directions
Saute the onions in olive oil using a soup pot over medium heat.
Season with pepper. When the onions are slightly browned, deglaze the pan with 1/2 cup broth. Add remaining ingredients and rest of broth.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend untlil smooth using a stick blender or in batches using a traditional blender.

Season with Mrs. Dash or favorite salt-free herb blend.
