Ingredients
1 cup boiling water1/4 cup steel cut oats1/4 cup blueberries1 packet of Truvia Ste-via sweetener1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder by NNW1 pat butter1/4 cup 1% milk
Directions
cook the oatmeal as directed on package. Add butter, truvia, and protein powder. Put blueberries on top of oatmeal. Cover with milk that has been steamed. Serves 1.

    I eat this almost every morning :) I make 4 servings at once. It heats up very nicely in the microwave. I use cold milk and Trader Joe's Stevia that they sell in a plastic container. It looks like a parmesan cheese container. - 3/20/11
