Healthy Spicy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
6 c. water2 veggie bouillon cubes1 tsp. turmeric1 inch fresh ginger (peel and cut into pieces)1 inch jalapeno peppers (cut into thin pieces)2 c. green cabbage3 sliced carrots3 stalks celery, sliced1 c. green beans1/2 c. diced onions1 t. dried basil 1/2 c. cilantro
Directions
In large soup pot, bring water, vegetable seasoning, turmeric, ginger, and Jalapeno to a boil. Add cabbage, carrots, celery, beans, onion, and basil; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Top with cilantro.

Vegetables will remain crunchy and not overcooked. The ginger, jalepeno pepper, and turmeric makes the soup spicy and flavorful.
