Vidalia Onion Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbs EVOO (for browning)2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast3/4 c. Virginia Brand Vidalia Onion Vinegarette Salad Dressing1/4 c. Horizon skim milk
Directions
Cut chicken into small chunks or strips and begin to brown in 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil. When chicken is halfway cooked, add 3/4 c. Vidalia Onion Vinegrette Salad Dressing and 1/4 c. skim milk. Cook until chicken is done.

Can be served with rice but is great with steamed brocolli for a healthier alternative.
