Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
2 large green peppers1 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup pinto beans1/2 cup yellow corn1 small onion1 cup catsup
Directions
Cut out the top of pepper and remove seeds- leaving a shell. Make a slit in bottom of peppers. Mix rice, beans, corn and 3/4 cup catsup together. Spoon into peppers until peppers are stuffed to the edge. Top with remaining catsup. Place in baking pan and add 1" water. Cook for 45 minutes at 375 F.
