Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 lb Bulgarian feta cheese2 tablespoons plain yogurtphyllo dough2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Crumble feta cheese and combine with eggs and yogurt. Take 3 sheets of phyllo dough and lay on counter, spoon some of the mixture (around 1/9) down the side of the dough. Fold the phyllo dough into a rectangle. Fold the ends down an inch or so, place in a pan and spread melted butter on. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
